Sabor a Campo

Sabor a Campo Restaurant is a family-owned eat-in buffet and carry-out style restaurant at 485 Delaware Avenue in Albany, NY, specializing in multicultural home recipes that blend authentic Hispanic, Soul, and American food in a relaxed and homey environment.

Two sisters, Alexandra and Liliana Reyes, own the restaurant, having been born and raised in the Dominican Republic and later moving to Puerto Rico, where they were taught how to cook by their aunt and big sister, drawing inspiration from their strong female family members.

After coming to the United States in search of the American Dream, the sisters worked hard to open their own restaurant, previously owning and operating cleaning companies, Spotless Sisters Cleaning, LLC and Lili’s Gleaming Cleaning, LLC, before opening their first restaurant, Adani’s Kitchen, on Lark Street in Albany.

Authentic Dominican, Soul, and American food is brought to the DELSO area by Sabor a Campo Restaurant, allowing people to experience their culture and taste different flavors in a comfortable and casual neighborhood setting that feels like home.

The restaurant serves lunch and dinner, and can be contacted at (518) 451-9590 or saboracampollc@gmail.com, with a presence on social media and an online menu for viewing.
